Coach Kyle will be hosting a Train, Play, & Eat every Sunday starting June 10th thru July 15th.  These sessions will be for the U10 boys team.  The boys will train for about an hour, working on 1v1 moves and improving their individual skills.  When the training is done the boys will be free to hang out with their teammates and play games.  The sessions will end with dinner (grilling out, pizza, etc.) in which the parents are also free to attend.

The U9 boys came up short in their quest for a fourth straight tournament championship this past weekend. During pool play the boys defeated KC United Kemistry 6-1 and Salina SC Celtics 7-0. The semi final matched them up against KC Legends Madrid. The boys controlled the ball most of the game and had several more shots on goal than their opponent, but just couldn’t find the back of the net often enough falling 2-5. The spring season wrapped up this Tuesday with a win against Prodigy Legacy. The F.C. Majestic boys finished out the spring season 21-2.

The U9 boys won their 3rd tournament in a row this past weekend playing in the Challenger Cup in Shawnee, KS. The boys played beautiful soccer all weekend. On Saturday they played Toca F.C. and Agape Juniors winning 5-3 and 9-0 respectively. On a rain filled Sunday the boys finished off pool play by defeating Ray-Pec Elite Rampage 7-0. The championship game was delayed about 30 minutes due to weather, but the boys came out ready to play in a rematch game against Toca F.C. The Majestic boys took a 3-0 lead into half and continued strong in the second half, tallying 3 more goals to win 6-1. Great job again boys!

The U9 boys took home their second straight tournament title this past weekend winning the Crossroads Classic Tournament in Olathe, KS.  The boys were tearing up the nets all weekend.  In pool play they defeated Kansas Rush 7-3, EFC Premier 9-3, and Corithians F.C. 10-1.  The final was a rematch against EFC Premier.  After a slow start the boys finally found the back of the net a few times to take a 2-0 lead.  Things tightened up a little for the next several minutes, but in the end the Majestic boys put in a few more to make the final score 6-3.  The U9 boys have 2 more league games and 2 more tournaments to finish up the Spring season.  Great job guys!

The U6 Boys, aka Mean Green Majestic Machine, wrapped up their Spring Season this past Friday.  The boys had an awesome year (unofficial record of 13-0 during the Fall and Spring combined).  The boys celebrated after the season finale by going out for pizza and seeing how many giant gum balls they could stick in their mouths at once.  Expectations and excitement level is high, anticipating the Fall Season and change to playing 6v6.  Have a great summer boys!
