We have sent out over 300 invitations for our U8 and U11 Boys tryouts. If you plan on trying out, please visit the appropriate tryout page and fill out a player info form. Who should tryout for FC Majestic?
Any recreational or competitive soccer player in the Topeka area that feels they have the skills and dedication to train and play at a higher level.
What try out should my child attend?
All of them if possible. If there are several boys trying out, it is best to attend all 3 to make sure your son gets a second and third look.
What do we need to bring to tryouts?
Player: Cleats, Ball, Shin Guards, Water, Good Attitude, Hard Work Ethic.
Parent: Your son and a lawn chair.
What happens after tryouts?
If your son is asked to join the team: Once tryouts have been completed we will contact you to get some final details. We will need registration forms filled out and uniform size and info.
If your son is not asked to join the team: please make sure he keeps his head up and continues to play soccer. The older the team gets the more players we need to fill our roster. Remember there are only 10-11 spots (u8) and 12-13 spots (u11) available. Kids will develop at different speeds and times and some may not be quite ready to make the switch to competitive soccer.
